Please sync powertweak (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

powertweak (0.99.5-14) unstable; urgency=low

  * Remove Debconf from powertweakd: it consisted entirely of low priority
    notes.

powertweak (0.99.5-13) unstable; urgency=low

  * Don't depend on sysvinit any more: it breaks the use of a replacement
    init and we don't support direct upgrades from before sarge any more.
  * Remove duplicate stanza for powertweak in debian/rules.
  * Add Tag: headers to packages.
  * Add LSB information to powertweakd init script.
  * Convert powertweakd init script to use lsb-base output functions.
  * Policy 3.7.2 (no changes).
