Current Ubuntu changes:
- enable mod_userdir on new installs: after discussing this in
#debian-apache and #ubuntu-devel, we do not want to do this any
more: it would silently modify user configuration on upgrades (since
apache2-common was renamed to apache2.2-common and thus would appear
as a new installation), and automatically exposing user's home
directory is a bad design decision. The 2.0->2.2 upgrade is a
perfect place to fix this.
- CVE-2006-3747 security fix, fixed upstream.
- sendfile LFS fix on 64 bit platforms, originally taken from upstream
svn head, now fixed upstream.
- autoconf macros fix for autoconf2.60, fix originally taken from
Debian, now upstream.
This also requires to promote apr and apr-util into main. These were
merely split out from the main apache source, and thus do not need a
MIR.
