Please sync pth from Debian unstable, version 2.0.7-4.

Ubuntu change was a rename of the package to libpth20 which has now been
merged into Debian.  Overwriting Ubuntu changes is fine.

  * Added missing depends to the previous, wrong, package names
    (Closes: #390850, #390851).

pth (2.0.7-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Added divertion for /usr/lib/libpthread.a in libpthread-dev
    (Closes: #379413).
  * Renamed libpth2 to libpth20 and libpthread2 to libpthread20 to match the
    soname.
  * Removed lintian overrides.
  * Bumped shlibs.
  * Added libpthread20 as depends to pth-dbg.
