[Bug 74928] Please sync zhcon 1:0.2.6-4 (universe) from Debian Sid (main)

Public bug reported:

Please sync zhcon 1:0.2.6-4 (universe) from Debian Sid (main). Ubuntu changes are:
 * Change libpth2 dependency to libpth20.

This change is no longer necessary, as shlibs covers it (libpth2 was
removed as a dependency in the Debian package). The package builds fine
in a clean Feisty pbuilder. Changelog entries since the current Ubuntu
version are as follows:

zhcon (1:0.2.6-4) unstable; urgency=low

  * manpage fix.
