Ok to override Ubuntu changes.

The following Ubuntu changes (marked by a leading hyphen) have been
absorbed by Debian Sid's source package (marked by a leading asterisk):

- Build-depend on python-central.
* Fixed in Debian's 2.6.3.2.1.2.

- One fixed python version string left, fix it.
* Fixed in Debian's 2.6.3.2.1.3 and 2.6.3.2.1.5.

New Debian changes:

wxwidgets2.6 (2.6.3.2.1.5) unstable; urgency=medium

   * Non-maintainer upload.
   * Set debian/python-version to 2.4.
   * Replace =PY with python in debian/control (python-xml was transitionned to
