Including relevant info per new sync policy.

New Debian changes:

mplayerplug-in (3.30-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release
   * Apply patch from upstream to fix media playing when LIRC is enabled in
     mplayer


Older Ubuntu changes, marked by a leading hyphen, followed by rationale for being overridden, marked by a leading asterisk:

- Sync with debian
* (No changes.)

- Build against gtk2
* libgtk2.0-dev is a build-dependency in Debian's debian/control.

- Adjusted Build-Depends / Depends for firefox
* Build-depends was reverted to mozilla-dev in Debian's 3.25-7, and Depends includes a firefox alternate.
