[Bug 56372] Move from multiverse to universe

Public bug reported:

soundkonverter 0.2 package in Edgy was modified not to
Depends/Recommends on anything from multiverse (as it was the case with
previous versions). All multiverse dependancies are now in Suggests
rule.

I think this is enough to classify this package under component
"universe" instead of "multiverse".
