[Bug 55719] [Edgy] Please remove obsolete packages libpaperg and libpaperg-dev

Public bug reported:

Since version 1.1.19 libpaper doesn't produce the binary packages libpaperg and libpaperg-dev anymore. But there are still the packages from the previous version available which are now obsolete (and uninstallable).
Please remove them from edgy.
