CLI strings should be translated to Hebrew since we are still
experiencing several bugs with the handling of RTL languages in vte.

This applies to Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Divehi and so on...

While Debian freezes Hebrew translation in terminal, Ubuntu keeps importing them. It is most annoying and should be stopped.
