for the domain KuwaitNET has offered ubuntu-arabic.com which is expired 
and went into redemption period but we can restore it

I can be a part of the team just to keep things running when needed

shall we try to contact canonical to get ubuntu-arabic.org by law or 
switch to the .com version ? (although i doubt they will care to get it 
as it will cost way more than $480 to get it by law)
