Salam everybody,
When we discussed the creation of the arabic team, the idea was to
build a "meta-team" regrouping all active arabic LoCos. Starting from
this, each arabic LoCo will have some members to be active in the
arabic team. Unfortunately, actually we have only one arabic approved
LoCo, the Tunisian LoCo wich I'm from, and I don't know any more about
others arabic LoCo. What I know is that Jad was active in the Jordan
LoCo, that there is some members in the Egypt LoCo, that the Morocco
Loco also have some active members and that the Algerian LoCo try to
work hard to be approved.
The aim of the arabic team was to centralize support and help in
arabic to all arabic speakers. To achieve this goal a core members was
needed, and in the beginig we was 3, Jad, Rafik and me. From the
beginning I refused any responsibility in the arabic team because I
was fully devoted to the YOUNG Tunisian LoCo which need a lot of
attention and work. Both Jad and Rafik worked in the team, but the
work stopped.
I think that what we need now, is to know if we can find some arabic
active members to build a core team working in the arabic team and
it's related projects.
Best regards.
