Mailing list arabic character problem

Salam,
يواجه بعض الاخوان مشكله في قراءه الرسائل من القائمه البريديه حيث تظهر
الرسائل على شكل علامات سؤال, حاولت ان اكرر المشكله لاعرف سببها و
بالتالي حلها و لم افلح

هل هنالك اي شخض ذو خبره بالموضوع؟
