Hola amigos y amigas de Ubuntu estoy tomando un curso de la plataforma Moodle pero como soy aprendíz hay detalles que desconozco Si alguién sabe la capacidad en Gigas que deberé solicitar en un host ,para soportar la plataforma con un curso de 10 a 12 personas cual será el mínimo requerido para que la renta anual no sea muy alta. Mucho les agradeceré me den su opinión de ese parametro y me recomienden un Host Mil gracias. Fijate si pod?s hacer un volcado del GRUB legacy y copialo y pegalo ac? para ver c?mo est? configurado. No s? cu?l de los dos aparecer? en tu boot :S Si es el GRUB legacy es f?cil: $ cat /boot/grub/menu.lst Y copi? la salida de pantalla seleccionando todo con el mouse (abriendo una terminal en modo gr?fico). Si lo que ten?s es el GRUB2 entonces es un poco m?s complejo, cheque? en el site de Ubuntu y adjunt? los archivos que son parte del GRUB2 para poder revisarlos. LL. La m?quina tiene VGA on-board -creo que chipset SiS, ahora no estoy en casa pero despu?s me voy a fijar- con un monitor 17" CRT LG 701e que reconoce a la perfecci?n y mi problema es muy similar. Cuando arranco LL con el CD Vivo Ubuntu toma toda la pantalla y se ve como deber?a -1280x1024-, el problema es que una vez instalado no hay forma que Ubuntu reconozca esa resoluci?n y lo m?ximo que puedo ponerle es algo as? como 1180x960 - o algo parecido, recuerden que no estoy frente a la PC! La verdad que siempre fue algo que postergu? pero ahora tengo ganas de dejarlo solucionado. Se me est? ocurriendo al momento de escribir estas l?neas que posiblemente funcione un trick bastante simple: fijarme el par?metro de video que le pasa al kernel el Live al iniciar y probar de usarlo en la l?nea del GRUB... cuando llegue a casa lo pruebo y les cuento Mientras tanto si tienen alguna idea soy todo ojos :) Salu2! Otra posibilidad, m?s crota si se quiere es hacer un script que cuando conectes el disco externo lo desmonte y vuelva a montarlo en el directorio que le asignes. Si us?s seguido el disco externo pod?s hacer que el script se ejecute continuamente en el fondo escuchando por la conexi?n para que haga el montaje de forma autom?tica ? correrlo desde la CLI a pedido. Por supuesto que lo ideal ser?a solucionar el problema de ra?z pero mientras tanto pod?s usar esta soluci?n trannsitoria.
