[ubuntu-ar] Pantalla en negro en instalacion

Estoy instalando Ubuntu 11 desde cero y cuando arranca la instalacion, luego
de tirar una serie de comandos la pantalla se pone completamente en negro y
se traba ahi. Alguien sabe que puede ser?
intente tanto desde un Cd como desde USB y en ambos casos me pasa lo mismo.
