[ubuntu-ar] Como actualizar de Ubuntu 10.04 LTS a 12.04 LTS

Estimados,

 

¿Cómo puedo actualizar Ubuntu 10.04 LTS a Ubuntu 12.04 LTS?

 

Cuando voy al “Gestor de actualizaciones” y hago click en “Comprobar” sólo
me dice “Su sistema está actualizado”
 No me ofrece actualizar a la versión
12.04 LTS como debería suceder
.

¿Alguna idea?
