Con el primer kernel que se utilizo en la 11.04 funciona.

Si no queres pasar de version, para mantenerte en una LTS, podes bajarte
los archivos del ultimo kernel en uso para la 11.04, iniciar con ese
kernel y verificar si funciona y como.
