[ubuntu-ar] extraño problema con la navegación en internet

Lo más extraño es que en windos funciona mejor, casi nunca rechaza...

Al proxy no le debe estar gustando algún parametro del stack TCP/IP de
Linux (me paso también con un gentoo medio viejo).

Acerca del MTU, no tiene mucho que ver, pero:

Pinging [72.14.253.104] with 1470 bytes ->Unknown error: 0
Pinging [72.14.253.104] with 1469 bytes -> ..fragmented
Pinging [72.14.253.104] with 1466 bytes -> ..fragmented
Pinging [72.14.253.104] with 1465 bytes -> ..fragmented
The largest possible non-fragmented packet is 1464  (1492 - 28 ICMP &
IP headers).
You can set your MTU to 1492
