Bien, el crt es un ViewSonic E651 de 14".  (una acotación antes, cuando prendo y 
apago tengo que volver a cuadrar el ancho, el alto y centrarlo, ¿se puede 
también manejar eso?) Luego corrí en sudo dmidecode y la siguiente data fue la

Hola, el motivo de mi consulta es que luego de la instalación de Lucid en una pc 
viejita me encontré que al navegar o la configuración en general es muy grande y 
al ir a a Sistema/Preferencias/Monitores nomás me da a elegir entre 800x600 y 
640x480 cómo puedo hacer que haya por lo menos un par más de opciones. El 
monitor es de CRT. Saludos y gracias. - Luis
