Y algunos datos sacados de la web + algo de debug:


Intalar las dependencias de paquetes.

aptitude install libbarry0-dbg libbarry0 libbarry-dev libopensync0
opensync-plugin-barry barrybackup-gui barry-util multisync-tools
opensync-plugin-evolution


Corre el comando barrybackup. Aparecerá una ventana donde podrás
realizar copias de seguridad, algo que conviene hacer esta primera
vez, por si las dudas. Allí también verás un número de PIN que tendrás
que anotar.


Ingresa lo siguiente:

   msynctool --addgroup Blackberry
   msynctool --addmember Blackberry barry-sync
   msynctool --addmember Blackberry evo2-sync
   msynctool --showgroup Blackberry
   	



Buscar la línea que dice: Device 1234567 1 1 y reemplaza los
números por el PIN que anotaste.


Ahora escribe lo que aparece a continuación, reemplazando USUARIO por
lo que corresponda:

   msynctool --configure Blackberry 2

   <config>
   <address_path>file:///home/USUARIO/.evolution/addressbook/local/system<address_path>
   <calendar_path>file:///home/USUARIO/.evolution/calendar/local/system<calendar_path>
   <tasks_path>file:///home/USUARIO/.evolution/tasks/local/system<tasks_path>
   <config>



Para la próxima etapa, necesitas tener Evolution inicializado. Si
nunca lo abriste, hazlo ahora y pulsa sobre cada una de las pestañas.


Por último, cada vez que desees sincronizar, ejecutar:

   evolution --force-shutdown
   msynctool --sync Blackberry

Perdon por lo desprolijo pero no encuentro el doc mas limpio,


Funciona, tiene algunos bugs que no logre depurar pero, si sos geek o
trabajas en tecnologia lo sacas andando seguro.
