[ubuntu-ar] extraño problema con la navegación en internet

Bien.. Hice unas pruebas usando un sistema web (implementado como applet Java),
http://netalyzr.icsi.berkeley.edu/index.html
Transcribo las partes negativas del informe, que por cierto ya delata un proxy:

Major Abnormalities

- An HTTP proxy was detected which may be vulnerable to attack.

Minor Aberrations
--------------------------
- The network path does not reply when it needs to fragment traffic
- The network measured bursts of packet loss
- Network packet buffering may be excessive
- An HTTP proxy was detected based on added or changed HTTP traffic
- Content filters or compression proxies appear to be present in the network
