[ubuntu-ar] No levanta audio onboard Realtek en placa Intel G31TM-P21

Segui buscando la solución por internet, y encontre varias, pero ninguna 
me soluciono el problema.
Como mostre antes, la placa fisicamente existe:

el comando aplay me devuelve que no existe ninguna:

¿Alguna idea de que otra cosa podría hacer?
Por ahi encontre que bajando el proceso de pulseaudio, recargando alsa y 
volviendo a lanzar pulseaudio se solucionaba pero no.
En sistema/preferencia/sonido no aparece ninguna placa de audio.
