[ubuntu-ar] Repositorios Argentina y problemas de peering

Hola, yo soy de argentina y tengo fibertel
llegué acá buscando respuestas al problema de lentitud en la descarga de
repositorios
hice mi propio traceroute y vi que lo que posteo Guido De Vita sobre su
propio traceroute
y vi que donde el tiene "buenos aires" yo tengo "london" o "newyork"
y no es que me ponga particularmente contenta, ya que me suena que no está
todo enorden ahi
