[ubuntu-ar] Epson xc5600

Hola a todos:

En la escuela tengo una multifunición Epson xc5600. La impresora funciona
pero quiero poner en funcionamiento el escaner. Seguí el tutorial de...

Llego a descomprimir el driver y cuando comienzo a compilarlo con

./configure --prefix=/usr*

*me sale el siguiente error:

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables GDK_IMLIB_CFLAGS
and GDK_IMLIB_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.

Estuve buscando info respecto de imlibgdk pero no encuentro la manera
de resolverlo.
