Hola Sergio,
Se hace desde el IRC [1] o sea que podes "asistir" desde tu casa o
cualquier lugar donde tengas acceso a internet.
Para esto necesitar un cliente de IRC. En linux, te recomiendo x-chat
[2] (sudo apt-get install xchat-gnome) y en windows, puedes usar
pidgin o mIRC.
También puedes probar lernid [3] una herramienta desarrollada por
ubuntu justamente para este tipo de eventos
Te recomiendo que accedas al mundo IRC, hay canales de muchos temas
donde se arman discusiones interesantes y ya que estas puedes acceder
al canal de ubuntu-ar :) #ubuntu-ar
