Hay una lista en algún archivo en tu directorio:
/usr/share/doc/xsane
o en:
/usr/share/doc/xsane-common
Si te cuesta encontrar cual es el archivo poné el nombre de algún 
scanner muy estándar en "contenido" en el buscador de archivos, y hacelo 
buscar en esos dos directorios.
En uno de esos hay una carpeta html, creo que en esa está la lista.
