Felipe no hubo caso, hice dicha modificacion pero nada:

$ cat /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/i386/linux/npviewer
#!/bin/sh
TARGET_OS=linux
TARGET_ARCH=i386
. /usr/lib/nspluginwrapper/noarch/npviewer
export GDK_NATIVE_WINDOWS=1

Me ocurre tanto con firefox como con chromium.
Como mencioné y adivinó antes felipe tengo ubuntu 9.10 64bits y con el
siguiente flash:
$ dpkg -l | grep flash
ii  flashplugin-installer                      10.0.32.18ubuntu1
                   Adobe Flash Player plugin installer


Que se les ocurre?
