el estado violando licencias. Anda a saber cuantos programas tienen
partes de codigo GPL y que no entregan el codigo fuente y ni siquiera
una copia de gpl.
No te preocupes que la afip no va a liberar el codigo fuente  aunque
lo  dictamine  la  corte de la halla y para eso se tendria que armar
un quilombo internacional.
