No te puedo ayudar mucho con el tema de svn, pero me permito aconsejarte dos
cosas

1) Agrega la llave de wine, ese es uno de los errores que te tira el log.
Tenes la guia para hacerlo aca: http://winehq.org/site/download-deb

2) Cambia el servidor al de Brasil, de esa manera actualizas mas rapido
