Gracias !!!!!!!! Diego Gaustein, aunque ahora tengo mas dudas jajaj cuando 
no? ;-)

Aqui abajo pego la salida de powertop. Entiendo maso maso los procesos que 
despiertan al micro pero no todos. 
Abajo el programa me hace algunas sugerencias. 
Cuales son las consecuencias de las ultimas tres sugerencias (Sug 2;3;4)?

amarokapp = reproductor de musica
syndock = barra de iconos
acpi = no deberia figurar, yo lo desactivé
klipper= portapapeles
superkaramba= un par de toys
kwin= manejador de ventanas KDE
lineakd= manejador del telado
acerhk_poll_event= modulo cargado al kernell para que funcione el teclado
ksysguardd = me muestra la temperatura del micro en la barra

NO se para que estan:

Sugerencia 1: Disable 'hal' from polling your cdrom with:
hal-disable-polling --device /dev/scd0 'hal' is the component that auto-opens 
a window if you plug in a CD but disables SATA power saving from kicking in.

Sugerencia 2: enable AC97 powersave mode by executing the following command:
   echo 1 > /sys/module/snd_ac97_codec/parameters/power_save

Sugerencia 3: increase the VM dirty writeback time from 5,00 to 15 seconds 
with:
  echo 1500 > /proc/sys/vm/dirty_writeback_centisecs
This wakes the disk up less frequenty for background VM activity

Sugerencia 4: Enable USB autosuspend by pressing the U key or adding
usbcore.autosuspend=1 to the kernel command line in the grub config
