[ubuntu-ar] apt-get detras de un proxy

Este inconveniente lo has tenido siempre desde que comenzaste a usar Ubuntu
o se presento tiempo despues, teniendo al principio conexiones libres de
errores ?

Te pregunto porque en mi oficina tambien estoy detras de un proxy, que no
necesita autenticar user, pero he visto que a veces algunos repositorios me
dan error y al reintentar, algunos segundos mas tarde, recupera contenidos
perfectamente bien y completo la instalacion de paquetes y/o
actualizaciones.

Tambien he visto que a veces falla en algunos repositorios y a veces en
otros. Los que me dan problemas permanentes los he comentado en
/etc/apt/sources.list para que no intente conectar y asi poder ver mas
claramente algun patron en el comportamiento.

En mi caso estoy con la version Edgy (por los repositorios) y por mas que lo
tenga actualizado no logro que me de la opcion de upgrade a la Feisty
(supongo que esto esta vinculado al mismo problema).

Hasta aqui atribuyo el inconveniente a cuestiones propias de la
red/firewall/proxy e, inclusive, del ISP. Pero si me pedis que lo fundamente
"cientificamente", no puedo por ahora.
