Tu problema esta en las dos ultimas lineas de tu sources.list

El problema es que te falta un pedazo de codigo. Con el mismo codigo (si
cerraste el archivo de texto) en el terminal:

sudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.list

BORRA las dos ultimas lineas (las que dicen BERYL) y luego has copy paste de
estas dos lineas:

deb http://ubuntu.beryl-project.org feisty main
deb-src http://ubuntu.beryl-project.org feisty main



Luego le das a "guardar" el archivo y regresas al terminal donde tienes que
poner esto:

sudo apt-get update

y luego

sudo apt-get upgrade
