User account registration on sale

Hi there,

i am planning to sell a software of mine in an early access state for a
reduced price and with the ability to get involved in the development.

Therefor every customer should get an account in the ticket/planning system.

As far as i can see there is no way to see exactly who did an order. Is
there any way to get the email-address of the customer or at least to invert
the process and allow the user to contact me with some information where
i see that he has actually ordered a license?
