Try starting with https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/ . I didn't see the
Zopo device at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Touch/Devices so you may need
to dig around XDA Developers for a image or instructions at
http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=2068
