Quickly totally removed from developer.ubuntu.com?

Hi,all,
  I used to see that ubuntu recommended "quickly" , python and gtk for 
new apps. And that was just a week ago. But now, I can't find anything 
about quickly and http://developer.ubuntu.com/resources/tools/quickly is 
broken. What is happening here. I am really confused. I installed 
quickly last night just to find it useless this morning.
