Ubuntu phone - Code

I thought it would be fit to mention that the Ubuntu Phone code will be 
out (as far as I know) in the end of February , since M.R. asked about 
it . As you redirected him to the "port Ubuntu core on the Nexus 7" I'm 
getting very curious about how close the codebases for the desktop and 
phone are .
