Ubuntu phone - Code

Hi Guys

     Please do you know how to fetch the code for ubuntu phone (if
available) ?. I would like to make a porting to an intel phone where I am
root and see if at least can see my phone booting and of course make some
contributions :)

     I guess only the apps SDK is available... Please forgive if this
question sounds so newbie :)
