You can start right now as an app review contributor. Anyone can join
the team (https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-app-review-contributors), and
the review contributors can do everything the App Review Board members
do except voting.

We'll be opening up a call for new voting App Review Board members soon
too. The qualifications for that are stronger, you need to be an Ubuntu
Developer already, and it helps if you have some experience as a review
contributor.
