You're welcome - Apologies if the link was misleading. I wasn't expecting you to follow the whole thing, just the first few steps until you'd extracted the cert's you needed.
Etisalat probably deal predominantly with Windows IIS Servers where their certs work fine "as attached". Weird, but true - Although Apache is very popular it's volume is based on size of installations, not instances, e.g. Facebook uses apache, so it's popular, but for every 1 Facebook there are probably 80'000 small companies running their own IIS server. 99.9999% of traffic is handled by apache, but 80% of Etisalat customers are not apache customers. Given the small uptake of Linux in the UAE, and your findings with Etisalat, it's likely apache is even less prevalent, which is terribly sad.
