[Ubuntu-AE] Minutes of the meetings

I was thinking instead of giving one person responsibility for
documenting minutes of the meeting why not distribute it amoung the
attending team members.
We can use Google docs and let everyone who is given any responsibility
update his/her section. This way we do not have to wait for the minutes
to be complied and emailed at a later date.
This way we will maintain history of all meetings and also the minutes
will be upto date.
I would also suggest everyone should have gtalk/skype accounts for easy
link and other resource sharing.
I will make sure all this information is posted on our ae-loco website.
Also we should design a email signature which should indicate our
ae-loco website.
These points could be added to the agenda of the upcoming meeting.
