ubuntu 8.10 with wubi.<BR>i'm a complet beginner with linux.<BR>the system works
fine but orca often stops speaking.<BR>i can stop it with insert+q and restart
with alt+f2: orca<BR>but it's quite anoying.<BR>i've red several messages about
that problem, but don't know where to start<BR>to resolve it.<BR>i have updated
the distribution with:<BR>"sudo apt-get update"<BR>"sudo apt-get
dist-upgrade"<BR>but i don't understand how to use git to update orca.<BR>my
orca version is 2.24.1<BR>and gnome version is also 2.24.1<BR>i have the same
problem on two different computers.<BR>do i have to make a complet installation
instead of wubi?<BR>thanks for your help.<BR>best
