Wine and MS Api in Ubuntu Mate 18.04

Hello All.

I would like to play some portable games such as Crazy party in Ubuntu 
Mate 18.04.

In Vinux, based on Ubuntu 14.04 I launched Winetricks, enabled silent 
install, and installed Speech SDK 5.1 and it worked.

But in Ubuntu 18.04 is only Q4 wine, not Winetricks. Please, what hI 
have to install to have Winetricks and Sapi?
