Full Screen Magnifier for Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Good evening;

I have been using the Compiz tools and am concerned that it does not magnify the entire screen. I am a Mac user and am used to having the entire screen magnified. What alternatives or recommendations do you have? I have read and tried many of the solutions out there on the internet, but have not found one that works well.
