Reporting ubuntu-gnome accessibility bugs

Hi,

I downloaded the latest official release of Ubuntu gnome 16.04, but I
found a bug. Orca won't start with alt super S and when I use alt plus
f2 and write orca, it says screen reader on and after 2 secs screen
reader off and I can't launch it. Only with this result.

Where can I report this bug? In documentation, here is something about
ubuntu-bug, but I can't launch it.
