What is happen to the installer of Ubuntu 12.10 Beta 2?

Hello,

I try  to Install the Beta 2 version of Ubuntu 12.10 in VMWare Player 5.
I am able to run Orca by pressing CTRL+S, however Orca  says Installer 
inaccessible.

Could somebody to try to reproduce this problem, please in order to 
write a bug report.
