Adding Skype Contacts in Version 4 for Ubuntu 12.04?

And, then there remains the inability to answer calls, whether using 
Pidgin to control Skype, or using the native QT Skype controls.  Maybe 
something in 12.10 makes this all work better?  I see encouraging signs 
re:  12.10's accessibility; may go ahead and install a daily build.
