Orca braille feature not working in Ubuntu 12.10?

I doed now an installation with Ubuntu 12.10 Beta1 image (beta2 and
higher daily Quantal images the installer are inaccessible after the
first language selection screen).
My first think to make an Orca debug.out file to see have any Brltty
related traceback error messages or not. Unfortunately have. Following
part is a little part the debug.out file.
BrlTTY seems to have disappeared:

Traceback (most recent call last):
   File "/usr/lib/python3/dist-packages/orca/braille.py", line 1717, in
_brlAPIKeyReader
     key = _brlAPI.readKey(False)
   File "brlapi.pyx", line 535, in brlapi.Connection.readKey
(brlapi.auto.c:6563)
brlapi.OperationError: <unprintable OperationError object>

What place need reporting this issue? This error is only an Ubuntu
Quantal specific problem, or better report this issue with proper
upstream place? Quantal not ship with Brltty Python3 bindings if ship
with Orca Python3 based version?
