Orca in Ubuntu Precise refuses the top panel

Hello all,
I did a fresh install of Precise with Orca and updated succesfully the system. So now Orca 3.4.1 is running. LibreOffice Calc has problems running well but after I quit Orca and start Orca again by using AltF2 and typing orca Calc runs well. But then Alt_F10 to go to the top panel will not work. Is this a known problem and how can I solve this?
