Dear syr,
Yes, You are having right, FLASH objects are not accessible with Orca,
The best accessibility support on The world of opensource screen readers
is now with NVDA and Gecko related WEB browsers, such as Seamonkey,
because some WEB pages with Adobe flash objects are not accessible with
NVDA even while using Windows INternet Explorer version 9. So Gecko is
enabling to get some accessibility information from WEB pages with Adobe
flash player objects.
Unfortunately, if there are many buttons and WEB site developer will not
assign The names of Those buttons, The users will hear button.
There is also a very interesting think for discussion. Many free WEBINAR
services are unfortunately using Flash objects, screen reader is often
speaking only embedded objects and if user will activate some of those
embedded objects, screen reader will speak only words empty line, empty
line.
Unfortunately, i do not know about WEBINAR service accessible for
visually impaired users, The best awailable accessibility WEBINAR
compromise was The
www.dimdim.com
But this service is now not offering even trial service for making WEBINAR.
Teamwiever is also offering some WEBINAR capabilities, Yes, but it is
not truly WEBINAR, because WEB browser is not used. I have discussed
with Teamwiever developer to support focusable object type for
establishing chat, The editable editbox with chat text, this is The
focusable object.

WEBINAR services are good possibility for visually impaired users for
job opportunity, but if too many flash objects without assignement will
be used, visually impaired users are helpless and can be only passive
members of The WEBINARS.
