Install ubuntu with orca

This is an item that will be updated as soon as we have the time. I 
have been trying to update the developers wiki first, then can update
the guide at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Accessibility/doc/ .
Unfortunately, you still will not be able to install the latest
release, Ubuntu 10.10, with orca. The installer at this time is not
usable for us. That is a separate issue that is being worked on by
developers. 

What is the address of the guide you are attempting to use? I would be
happy to take a look and see if it can be updated to at least 10.04.
