When I launch Help browser, press a Tab key and Shift+Tab key, I hear a "Gecko based application application Ubuntu help center HTML content" message

Dear List,

Please anybody confirm following bug if a normal new installed Ubuntu
10.04 system this problem is reproducable with another machine:

The problem is following:
When I clicking system/help and support menu item, tabbing for example
the "New Ubuntu user?" link and press a Shift+Tab key, Orca spokening
following message:
"gecko based application application Ubuntu help center HTML content"

Prewious I do a bugreport with Orca with this related problem, but I am
not sure this is an Orca or Yelp bug. Prewious Ubuntu Lucid packaged
Yelp package versions I not see this bug.
Yelp Ubuntu package version now following: 2.30.0-0Ubuntu2
